The hotel is in a fantastic location, just across from Setapak Central shopping arcade with plenty of ethnic restaurants, shops, and a cinema. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the park and lake with the Petronas towers visible in the distance. The service from the staff was friendly and accommodating, but the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it’s great value for money but a few aspects could be polished up.
